How the work is structured
Sessions are one-on-one and adaptive. There is no script, no standardized protocol, and no expectation to relive the past unless it meaningfully serves the work.
Each session is shaped by what emerges in the moment, guided by your nervous system, subconscious patterns, and stated goals.

You'll submit a short application to share what you're working through and what you're hoping to shift. This helps ensure the work is aligned and appropriate.

If it appears to be a good fit, we'll schedule a brief call to clarify goals, answer questions, and determine the best structure for working together.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Sessions are scheduled intentionally and tailored to your patterns, nervous system, and capacity for change. Progress unfolds through awareness, safety, and repetition—not force.
